Density Off Campus Hiring Freshers for Product Management Internship

As a Business Analyst, you will work on improving the reporting tools, methods, and processes of the team you are assigned to. You will also create and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics critical for tracking and managing the business. You will manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically, prioritizing them when necessary.

Role and Responsibility :

Conduct market research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and competitors in the crypto derivatives exchange industry. Analyze customer needs, preferences, and pain points to identify potential product enhancements or new features.
Assist in product planning: Collaborate with the product management team to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and create detailed specifications for new product releases. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions.
User experience optimization: Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience on our platform. Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
Perform competitive analysis: Evaluate competitor products and services, assess their strengths and weaknesses, and recommend strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
Support product launches: Assist in coordinating and executing product launches, including conducting user acceptance testing, preparing marketing collateral, and monitoring product performance after release.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
Continuous learning: Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry regulations, and best practices in cryptocurrency and futures trading. Apply acquired knowledge to enhance product features and drive innovation.

Education and Skills or Who can apply :

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. -Since it is a highly tech-driven product, must be open to quickly learning and applying the concepts of System design and architecture, Rest APIs, Web Sockets, etc for Root cause analysis and Low-level Designs.
Understanding of derivatives, Trading, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, or Python) is a plus.
Duration and Compensation:
This is a full-time internship position for 6 months(Onsite), with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
PPO will be extended based on the performance
