Nielsen is seeking an Associate Software Engineer - Frontend (React)
- Department: Engineering
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Bangalore
- Salary: ₹ 9 LPA - 15 LPA
- Education: Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and other developers to contribute to the overall front-end architecture and design decisions.
- Ensure optimal user experience, especially focusing on effective data entry.
- Integrate AI into the users' workflows.
- ReactJS Development:
- Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS.
Education and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing scalable and modular user interfaces using ReactJS, minimum 1 year.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of Typescript.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Good understanding of version control systems, especially Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Must have a CAN-DO attitude
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions
- Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
- Experience with Amazon cloud solutions is a plus
