Colgate is looking for an Associate Analyst.

- Education: Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent
Role and Responsibility:
- Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts and bank accounts and follow up on open items
- Ensure that all accounting is in compliance with Ind AS (IGAAP) for statutory reporting.
- Ensure that effective controls are maintained to achieve high accuracy as per the internal company guidelines
- Execute intercompany transactions.
- Ensure accurate working and posting of Rule-based journal entries like prepaid expenses, standard accruals & provisions
- Perform the entire range of activities about closing books of accounts & conduct month-end financial review calls with Business partners.
- Ensure post-closing that all management deck is prepared accurately.
- Review and timely resolution of all audit queries
- Engage with local teams and regional teams to stay aligned on all the processes, and resolve issues on a timely basis
- Ensuring FIPA net sales on day 1 and Undertaking assessment cycles for seamless movement from FI to PA module at month end.
- Perform all accounting activities as per the defined SOPs
- Conduct quarterly balance sheet review calls with FDs & other shareholders.
- Review the SOP periodically and recommend necessary changes as and when needed in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Perform all the compliances as per SOX guidelines.
- Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.
Education and Skills :
CA Fresher with 0-1 Year of Experience
