- Education: B.Com/BA/BBA/Bsc
- Batch: 2020/2021/2022/2023
Role and Responsibility:
- Good analytical and communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office with a strong knowledge of MS Excel and formulas.
- Knowledge in the digital domain (experience in SAP or Naviga application) would be an added advantage.
- Responsible for handling customer requests and meeting all the SLAs (TAT, productivity, and Quality). Active participation in team-building activities.
- Adaptability in learning newer technologies and changing business needs.
- Collaborates with the teams to bring in process improvements or ideas.
Education and Skills :
- Candidates Passed out from 2018 to 2023.
